Red rose petals: red rose petals are known to help lower stress levels and encourage sleep.

Nettle: promotes better sleep by naturally increasing energy without increasing blood sugar. This makes our sleep deeper.

Pyramid tea bag
Allow one pyramid tea bag to infuse in boiling water for 3-5 + minutes. Remove the bag and serve.

Loose leaf
Allow 1-2 tsp of tea to infuse in near boiling water for 3-5 + minutes. Strain the tea and enjoy.
