Here's our really easy recipe to follow:

1. infuse blue butterfly tea for 5mins +
2. prepare gelatin as per pack instructions
3. drain tea and then mix with bloomed gelatin
4. stir over a stove on low
5. ensure gelatin is melted
6. turn off heat before liquid starts to boil
7. add 1/4 cup maple syrup
8. pour into moulds
9. set in fridge for 3 hours
10. enjoy!
