Love the bright green that came out after baking my Swiss roll. A little disappointed because there's a slight dent on the side of the tin that it came in. Otherwise I am happy with the product.

I’m obsessed with Matcha! I have tried a lot of different brands and to be honest even some ceremonial matchas out there taste bad!! Can certainly say not all matchas are made the same!! I’m on my second tin and I can confirm this is my favourite tasting and looking matcha I’ve tried!! Taste is perfect no bitterness at all, you don’t even have to add any honey because it’s taste is perfect. Texture and colour smooth and such a beautiful green. My new FAV ritual - so good that my partner (who would drink multiple shots of coffee a day) is now ditching his coffee for matcha! I've been trying matcha for a few months and finally found one I love! It has a subtle taste, isn't bitter and the delivery was super quick. The night time tea was also a lovely way to unwind at the end of the day. I also loved the little thank you note that you can plant to grow flowers!

I've only tried Matcha a couple of times in the past and am traditionally a coffee-only kinda gal but I was able to try an Iced Matcha and fell in love! The taste was more subtle than I imagined and I got the boost I needed but without the crash. Would highly recommend.

HOW TO PREPARE THE PERFECT MATCHA LATTE
SCOOP + SIEVE
Add 1g (1 scoop using bamboo spoon) or 2g if you like it stronger of matcha powder to a sieve to reduce clumping.
ADD WATER
Add approximately 50ml of hot water (80° Celsius).
WHISK
Whisk in a 'W' or zigzag pattern for around 30 seconds. You should see a smooth foam.
ENJOY
Enjoy on own, as a latte - hot or iced.

A 50g tin of matcha contains approximately 50 servings when using our Nurtur Tea bamboo scoop, which measures the perfect ½ teaspoon (1g) per cup. If you prefer a stronger brew, using a heaped scoop (2g) per serving, you'll get around 25 servings per tin. However you enjoy it, each tin provides plenty of nourishing, clean energy to fuel your daily rituals!
