HOW TO PREPARE THE PERFECT MATCHA LATTE

SCOOP + SIEVE
Add 1g (1 scoop using bamboo spoon) or 2g if you like it stronger of matcha powder to a sieve to reduce clumping.

Add approximately 50ml of hot water (80° Celsius).

A 50g tin of matcha contains approximately 50 servings when using our Nurtur Tea bamboo scoop, which measures the perfect ½ teaspoon (1g) per cup. If you prefer a stronger brew, using a heaped scoop (2g) per serving, you'll get around 25 servings per tin.
