Such a comforting brew. 😊 Very welcome for my health whilst convalescing from a winter cold. Apart from being delicious, I believe the benefits given from the Morning Lift tea helped lessen the discomfort and shorten my downtime. I also had the benefit of having Nina’s Sleep tea on hand to settle me in the evenings. Bookended by comfort daily. As is apparent - I love tea. 😉Especially good tea. ☕️ Highly Recommended.
After giving up coffee I was happy to find Morning Lift tea, it is a great way to start my day.
I have been enjoying this tea every morning, found it to be energising while also calming me ready for my day. The flavour is delicious and a great change from coffee - I highly recommend this product. I have heard the Sleep tea is effective too, I will be trying that one next.

I had the worst morning sickness but after drinking the Morning Lift tea blend I instantly felt better. My nausea was still there but it was reduced a lot and the tea really helped settle my tummy. I also managed to get back to work after a few days off sick as I felt so sick. Thank you Nurtur Tea!

Our Natuoropathic Morning Lift tea was originally sold as a Morning Sickness tea but so many non-pregnant customers were enjoying the tea we renamed it Morning Lift. This tea is pregnancy (from Trimester 1 -3) and breastfeeding safe. However we always recommend consulting your primary healthcare professional, such as your GP or Naturopath if you have any concerns.
We recommend you consume no more than three cups a day of one particular tea blend.
Our tea bags are made of corn starch, crafted from a material called Soilon. Soilon is derived from polylactic acid (PLA), a natural, renewable resource made from cornstarch. This material is biodegradable and compostable, breaking down in your home compost bin.
