Come together in minutes and better still no blender and no baking. 

Tastes like creamy cookie dough, but packed with nourishing goodness! 

Perfect as a nourishing snack for busy mornings, after Pilates, or that 3pm pick-me-up.

Why They’re Good for You

Matcha

Almond meal / oat flour

Protein powder

Pistachio (or nut) butter

Recipe (makes 6–8 balls)

  • 1 cup almond meal (or oat flour)
  • 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1–1.5 tsp @nurturtea ceremonial matcha
  • 2 tbsp pistachio butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1–2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: roll in coconut, hemp seeds, or stir in white choc chips

How To

  • Mix everything in a bowl until it forms a dough
  • Roll into balls and chill for 15–30 minutes
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container
