Shipping Within Australia
Here’s a guideline for estimated delivery times across Australia:
QLD, NSW, VIC: 2-3 business days
NT, SA, TAS: 3-5 business days
WA: 4-7 business days
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! International delivery estimates will be provided via email.

Damages
Nurtur Tea isn’t liable for items damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the courier directly if your order arrives damaged.

Returns
Need to return or exchange? We’re here to help. You can return items within 30 days of purchase for store credit, a different product, or a refund. Please note that the return postage is at the customer’s expense, and we cannot accept opened packages. Once we receive your item, we’ll process the refund, replacement, or store credit within 7 days.
