What does self-care truly mean to you?

Self-care, to me, is about deeply listening to my body, constantly checking in with myself, and giving myself what I need—whether that’s movement, stillness, connection, or alone time. It’s about creating rituals that nourish me on every level—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Sometimes it’s a morning breathwork session, sometimes it’s a slow cup of Nutur calm tea in the sun whilst doing journaling, or a weights session, and sometimes it’s just saying ‘No’ to something or giving myself permission to rest without guilt.

What’s a mantra or piece of advice that empowers you as a woman?

I try to remind myself: ‘I am enough.’ As women, we often pour so much into others, constantly people pleasing. Prioritising my health, my energy, and my joy isn’t selfish—it’s essential, and when I really believe ‘I am enough’ I act on this. Its’ not just about saying you want to ‘do more selfcare’ but really working on the underlying reasons why, and removing any blocks that stopping you from doing it now.

How do you create space for rest and nourishment in your daily life?

I create non-negotiable pockets of pause throughout my day—morning sunlight on my skin, simple slow breathwork between clients, nourishing meals that feel good in my body. I also prioritise quality sleep (I am in bed by 7.30pm! Haha), time in nature, and surrounding myself with uplifting people. Rest isn’t just about stopping—it’s about being intentional with how we refill our energy so we can show up fully in life.
