





HOW TO PREPARE THE PERFECT MATCHA LATTE

SCOOP + SIEVE
Add 1g (1 scoop using bamboo spoon) or 2g if you like it stronger of matcha powder to a sieve to reduce clumping.

ADD WATER
Add approximately 50ml of hot water (80° Celsius).

WHISK
Whisk in a 'W' or zigzag pattern for around 30 seconds. You should see a smooth foam.

ENJOY
Enjoy on own, as a latte - hot or iced.
