Bought this for my last trimester. A really nice raspberry leaf tea, bought others and this was a much nicer tea. Had a cup every morning to start my day. Think it even helped with my morning sickness
Genuinely the best, organic, natural teas. I used the Morning Lift Tea and Red Raspberry Leaf Tea to support me during the different stages of my pregnancy.
I was gifted other branded Red Raspberry Leaf Teas by friends, but nothing compares to the taste of the Nurtur Teas. There is something so fresh (and addictive) about them!! (If you don't know the Red Raspberry Leaf Tea benefits for Trimester 3 pregnancy then look it up, it's very beneficial!)
I also purchased the tumblr and I am so glad I did because it just made it so much more convenient to drink the tea, especially when I am on the go.
I also gifted the PMS Support Tea and Sleep Tea to a friend who was going through a bit of a tough time and she RAVED about them. I just really love this brand and can't recommend their entire range enough. Bonus that it is a small business run by a local Sunshine Coast mumma!
I love this red raspberry leaf tea! It's such a beautiful blend of supportive ingredients.
I really love Nurtur Tea’s delicious raspberry leaf tea and the beautiful glass tea bottle with infuser is stunning! I started drinking 1-2 cups per day in the last weeks of my pregnancy as recommended by my midwife. Studies have shown it may shorten labour which was fortunately my experience as a first time mum with only 10-15 minutes of second stage labour and a brilliant water birth. I am still drinking this tasty tea now for the extra vitamins and minerals raspberry leaves provide. Thanks Nina and Nurtur Tea for making such a great tea!
My midwife suggested having some raspberry leaf tea in preparation for birth and so glad I came across Nurtur Tea! The blend is delicious and it must work because labour ended up being pretty quick! Would definitely recommend to pregnant mummas!
