Damages
Nurtur Tea is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the shipment courier if your order is damaged.

Returns
Due to TGA and FDA regulations worldwide we are not able to accept any refunds for open packages. If you have concerns about the product itself please contact us via email hello@nurturtea.com and we will do our best to put it right.
