Here’s a rough guideline of estimated delivery times within Australia:

Nurtur Tea is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the shipment courier if your order is damaged.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All fees (taxes, tariffs etc.) during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and are not the responsibility of Nurtur Tea.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Postage of the return will be at the customer's expense. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. You should receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit within 7 days of application. Please note we are not able to accept any refunds for open packages.
