Creamy Matcha Bliss Balls

Tastes like creamy cookie dough, but packed with nourishing goodness!
Perfect as a nourishing snack for busy mornings, after Pilates, or that 3pm pick-me-up.

Matcha

Recipe (makes 6–8 balls)
- 1 cup almond meal (or oat flour)
- 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1–1.5 tsp @nurturtea ceremonial matcha
- 2 tbsp pistachio butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
- 1–2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: roll in coconut, hemp seeds, or stir in white choc chips
How To
- Mix everything in a bowl until it forms a dough
- Roll into balls and chill for 15–30 minutes
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container
