Ginger: helps the process of digestion, as well as nausea, making it the perfect drink for the mum-to-be, especially in the first trimester where some women suffer from morning sickness, very “belly-friendly”.
Peppermint: helps relieve gas and bloating, as well as diarrhea, and if drank before bedtime, will alleviate muscle tension, helping you sleep better.
Pyramid tea bag
Allow one pyramid tea bag to infuse in boiling water for 3-5 + minutes. Remove the bag and serve.
Loose leaf
Allow 1-2 tsp of tea to infuse in near boiling water for 3-5 + minutes. Strain the tea and enjoy.
