Minimum Order Requirement:
To qualify for wholesale pricing, the minimum order value is AUD $300 after discounts are applied. This means the total cost for your order (including your wholesale discount) must equal or exceed AUD $300. This ensures that your order meets our wholesale criteria.

Wholesale Pricing:

• All prices listed are in AUD and are exclusive of GST.
• All authorised retailers will be invoiced the wholesale pricing listed on our line sheet plus GST on accessories and the cost of shipping (tea is GST free).
• Prices and minimum order requirements are subject to change without notice.
  
  

Discounts:

• Orders $300–$499 RRP (before discount): 35% off
• Orders $500+ RRP (before discount): 40% off
  
  

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is calculated based on the total order value and shipping location. 

Flat-Rate Standard Shipping (Domestic Only):

• Orders $300–$500: AUD $50
• Orders $501–$750: AUD $65
• Orders $751–$1000: AUD $80

If you believe your order will exceed AUD $1000, please reach out to us here. If you wish to have your order shipped via Express Post please reach out to us here first. Express orders will have additional shipping charges added to your invoice based on the size and weight of the parcel, as well as the destination of your parcel (metropolitan/ rural).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information.

International Stockists:
For international orders, shipping rates will vary.

• International stockists are required to request a custom quote for their entire order, including shipping costs.
• Quotes will include estimated shipping timelines and total order costs based on location.

Note: We are not liable for shipping delays once the parcel is with the courier.

Returns:

• Any damaged or defective items must be reported in writing to Nina at hello@nurturtea.com within 3 business days of receipt.
• Damaged items will be replaced with new merchandise.
• Returns will not be accepted if held for more than 7 business days after receipt.
• Returns are only available for damaged items.

(We do not accept returns for change of mind.)

Delivery Timelines:

• Please allow 3–10 business days from confirmed payment for your order to be shipped.
• Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and the selected shipping method.
• Larger orders may require additional shipping time.
• International orders please allow 7-21 business days for your order to arrive.
  

Product Branding, Descriptions & Packaging:

• All products come pre-packaged and must remain in their original packaging.
• When listing or promoting our products, please credit Nurtur Tea as the brand, using the description details listed on our line sheet. You are welcome to add more information to the product description if desired.
• You may use our product images to promote Nurtur Tea on your website and social media.

Social Media:
Please tag @nurturtea in all social media posts that feature our products.

Sales Platforms:

• Our products are only to be sold through your physical store, website or social media shop platforms.
• Selling on third-party platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, eBay, or any other marketplace is not permitted.
